This is a limitation of the Video Pack that I have made them aware of quite some time ago. I wrote to support about issues supporting video formats they claim are supported, but DivX still refuses to play or convert all formats of a known supported codec. On the popup sidebar, set an output directory in the Save to box to save output merged files. Finally, reinstall DivX Pro then check it for updates to ensure you have the latest available version installed.ĭivX's own Video Pack add-on does not fully support all formats correctly. Return to the main interface, and then click the green button of Convert. If you have any third-party codecs installed, try uninstalling all of them. Also I have tried on another media player box CYCLONE MKV and it plays prefectly. The all can be played without any issue via PC, XBOX, Laptop (Windows Media Player, VLC and etc). The movies are in DIVX format and are converted correctly. Or, separate audio and video connections between the display and your receiver. The issue is visiable after 10 or 15 minutes of movies when sound and picture are out of sync. Look for terms like Audio Sync, Audio Delay, and Lip Sync. Next option: Check settings in operating menu on display or receiver. That’s it You just converted a file from MKV to MP4 using DivX.Once your file is done converting you’ll have a shiny, new MP4 file to share as you wish. Pick a profile (in this case MP4) and click Start. It was not originally created expecting these other codecs, and sync issues will be a result. First choice: Disable video-processing settings on TV and home theater receiver, then enable video-processing settings again. Drag your video file onto DivX Converter. I did a complete uninstall of this, rebooted, and only then was my audio in sync with the video.ĭivX Converter will use some third-party decoders. Open HandBrake -> load the file with video audio out of sync problem by clicking 'Source' and then 'Open File' -> press 'Video' tab under Output Settings, and then specify a proper framerate from the drop-down list. After doing this, all audio was out of sync. I experienced it myself when support asked me to install the K-Lite Codec Pack under Windows 10. Sorry for responding to such an old post, but other codecs installed can cause this issue.
